NC A&T Student Art Exhibit

Last Friday, A&T's art department held a show available for any student to enter. It was a great show; very urban. Below are a few pictures featured in the show and the artist as well.

I thought this was a neat idea; DeAan Prigeon set up a photoshoot in one of the classrooms open to anyone who attended the show. The background was splattered paint on a black sheet. NICE ! Photos will be posted soon....

NUSICFEST !!!

   On November 30, Norma Jean and Femme took a trip to Charlotte, NC to support their friends in their event, NusicFest . There were live performances by Carson   (a rockband) and BSE (a rapping group), who are both from Charlotte. There were also clothing lines present with vendor booths to promote their lines such as Baked Goods Apparel , HotDogWater , and Materialistic Morphine . The event took place in McKnight Hall on UNCC campus and the doors opened at 6:30 PM. There were a lot of new faces and Norma Jean was even able to promote herself as a stylist and artist. We definitely enjoyed the event!  Below: This the rockand Carson. Q Parker & Friends  is an annual live music event. Q Parker of legendary R&B Group 112, in conjunction with his musician friends come together to put on a show for the community, fans and music lovers alike.
